Note: The Armstrong Farmers' Market is insured through the BCAFM; however, this insurance does not cover individual vendors. Therefore, it is highly recommended that vendors obtain their own market insurance.

Do we have your permission to add your business to our website and to give your contact information to customers if they request it?

If a day vendor wants to become a seasonal vendor, she/he can do so by the fourth market of the season. The vendor must then choose to either transition to a seasonal vendor (and pay the remaining balance for the summer) or remain a day vendor and continue paying the daily rate until the season ends.

Vendor Fees - Please select the option that applies to you.
Day Vendor fee, 1 booth: $20
Season Vendor, one booth: $300
Season Vendor, adjoining booth, each: $225

According to the Market Rules & Regulations, vendors selling high-risk food must have approval from Interior Health. Additionally, all vendors selling food (except non-processed fruit and vegetable farmers) must have a valid FoodSafe certificate. Cosmetic vendors need a Cosmetic Notification, and liquor vendors require Market Authorization from the LCRB.

I have read and will abide by the Rules & Regulations of the market.
