*Please note the number of spots available for season vendors is limited.


As a season vendor, you are guaranteed a spot at the market. Whether you are assigned a designated spot depends on your seniority. Spots on the ‘shady’ south side of the market will be allocated to vendors with perishable products and those with more seniority. If you will be a6ending as a day vendor, please note that acceptance does not guarantee a spot every Saturday. Some Saturdays may be fully booked, and we may not hav

If a day vendor wants to become a seasonal vendor, she/he can do so by the fourth market of the season (as long as there are season spots available). The vendor must then choose to either transi;on to a seasonal vendor (and pay the remaining balance for the summer) or remain a day vendor and con;nue paying the daily rate un;l the season ends.

Day Vendor fee, 1 booth: $25
Season Vendor, one booth: $350
Season Vendor, adjoining booth, each: $250

According to the Market Rules & Regulations, vendors selling high-risk food must have approval from Interior Health. Additionally, all vendors selling food (except non-processed fruit and vegetable farmers) must have a valid FoodSafe certificate. Cosmetic vendors need a Cosmetic Notification, and liquor vendors require Market Authorization from the LCRB.
