Dear Members,
We are pleased to announce that our Annual General Meeting will be held on:
Date: Saturday, 1st November
Time: 1:30pm
Venue: Oddfellows Hall, Bridge Street, Armstrong
Refreshments will be available.
The agenda for the meeting will include:
Reports from the Officers of the Society, including financial report for 2025
Projections for 2026, including the proposed fee structure
Appointment of Directors
We welcome nominations from suitable candidates to fill our vacant Director positions. If you would like more information, or you wish to make a nomination, please do so by 18th October to any of the contacts below.
